I needed helped losing weight, so I asked Mike for help, but he said he'll only help if I only had the proper mind set and attitude. He had me go on a healthy diet which was a big impact on my everyday usual food choices, but boy did I love those cheat days! Thanks to him I was in better shape in those three months of summer and dropped about 20lbs and 4 inches around my waist.
