S3 Circuit Training is the most effective way to lose fat and improve lean muscle while building a more balanced and aesthetically pleasing body! Our Circuits is an an integrated training system that uses large movements to get you SHREDDED, resistance movements for building STRENGTH and unilateral movements for optimal body SYMMETRY.  

Rather than just throwing a bunch of random exercises together like most types of circuit training; we focus on selecting the best movements in perfect sequence to give you the highest level of results:

Shred - Shred exercises are large movements that uses multiple muscle groups at the same time to keep heart rate up while igniting your metabolism.

Strength - Resistance training are integrated with Mike's unique body weight exercises to sculpt and strengthen your muscles to give you an athletic and defined look as opposed being slim and weak looking.

Symmetry - We added "Unilateral movements" which means to train one limb at a time so that both sides are evenly strong and developed. Unilateral movement also works the joint stabilizing muscles to a much greater degree in order to control (stabilize) your body. (Example: Squatting with one rear foot on a bench vs both feet on the ground). By doing unilateral movements, you will greatly reduce the chance of future injuries, correct imbalances while having a more aesthetically pleasing body.
