How to Become a MikeFit/MFN Wholesaler:

Thank you for your interest in reselling MikeFit & MFN products. ¨¨This wholesale application is open to all health care professionals, practitioners and retailers with a resellers tax identification number * (more info below).

How to Open a Wholesale Account:

1) Complete and submit the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.

2) Fax a copy of your reseller’s license* and also your business license to services@mikefit.com.

3) Wait for an email from mikefit.com, confirming that your application has been approved. (1-3 days)

4) Log on with your new username and password to begin ordering online. (Whole prices will be listed once your account is approved)

Wholesale Prices and Minimum Purchase:

Wholesale Pricing: We offer a large inventory of products, but not all of them are available at wholesale pricing. For exact pricing details email services@mikefit.com.

Tax Information: It is the wholesale member’s legal obligation to collect and pay sales tax to their state.Wholesale prices are only for products that will be sold at retail with sales tax.Like all companies who sell at wholesale, we do not charge sales tax because it is the wholesale member’s legal obligation to collect sales tax from their customers when they resell our product, then pay it to their state.

Minimum Purchase: Also note that the wholesale discount is applied only when you meet the required minimum purchase of 24 units per product.

Drop Ship:We do not offer this service.At this time professionals who resale our products stock their own inventory.
