Mike is unlike any trainer I have ever worked with. He has changed my perception on exercise and eating . I learned a great deal of information from him that I would never be able to find elsewhere. His training sessions is so intense sometimes I wonder why I even keep coming back. The nutrition plan he has me on was simple to follow and extremely easy to make. My results have been more than I could ever ask for. I am glad and lucky to have worked with Mike.
