Quality Value Effectiveness/Fit Began using this product along with the mfn multi and probiotics. In just a few months I've noticed better muscle tone and a weight loss of 11 pounds. While that may not sound like a lot; I noticed all of the weight came off from my waist while having more lean muscle mass and strength at the same time. Aside from all the awesome extra benefits and ingredients that comes with this product, I also noticed that it doesnt give me the fish burps either! Quality Value Effectiveness/Fit A truly superior essential fat products. Contains omega 3 which is great for your heart as well as CLA which I've used separately for fat loss. I take three per day with meals and have seen changes in not only my waist but also my body is showing more details and muscularity.
