Ever since using this product, I cant stop now! I can see a difference when I take this before bed versus not taking it. My waist stays trim and I feel lean and healthy in the morning. When I cheat or eat out, I make sure to take the pm before bed and it helps me stay lean. Also, I sleep sooo good on this product!
