A couple of years of battling unknown digestive and weight gain issues, I reached out to Mike per the recommendation of my friend, Phuong. As a client of his, she raved about his knowledge and expertise in nutrition as well as fitness. Unfortunately, I was skeptical that anyone could help me, because of the previously failed attempts by other personal trainers and nutritionists to cure my issues. But with Phuong’s encouragement, I made the leap. Mike immediately put me on a nutrition plan to “reset my body.” And reset it, it did. My digestive issues vanished within four weeks!
