This greens product is wonderful. Not only is it complete and contains everything I'm looking for, but it also taste much better than others I've used. Easy to stir with just a spoon and no blending required. I can feel my digestive system is much better and my overall feeling of wellness has improved drastically. I take it once in the morning with cold water or sometimes mix it with my whey isolates shakes.
