I recently started a low carb plan and added these BCAA capsules about 30 minutes before my workout. Not only do I notice less fatigue but also feel stronger. My bodyweight is dropping yet I look tighter, and my muscles are firmer. (From what I've read, I assume this means I am losing only body fat instead of muscle mass which is great!)
